This year our One Act entry will be "Sergeant Brave." A drama composed by our own Terry Gabbard. Eugi Baker isn’t your average kid. To say he has an overactive imagination would be the biggest exaggeration in the universe. When life gets rough—whether it’s at school, at home, or on the football field—Eugi escapes into his private universe of robots, ninjas, and closet trolls. And when things get scary, he knows he can always turn to his imaginary best friend, the bravest hero in the cosmos: Sergeant Brave.

But when sleepless nights start piling up and the lines between reality and fantasy begin to blur, Eugi’s mother, Kara, grows increasingly alarmed. Things are getting out of hand, and what Eugi needs now is a real-life hero to step in and save the day.
